1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to kktb's website and mobile platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between kktb ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses this platform ("User", "you").

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses may be cancelled. At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kktb may request identity verification documents at any time — such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You must notify kktb's support team immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. kktb will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on the kktb platform are currently supported through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur due to identity verification or security reasons. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used to make the deposit on the same account.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. A bonus above ৳8,000 does not apply under any circumstances.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies to one account per user only.
• Bonuses may have a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• No bonus value may be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• kktb reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

kktb has four VIP tiers, determined by a user's regular gaming activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play. Cashback amounts will be determined according to applicable terms, and kktb reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the kktb platform are powered by technology from certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fairness is ensured. Results that have been announced may be voided due to technical errors.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating abnormal betting patterns using software or bots.
